This class is an HTML parser that triggers events for each document element that it finds.

It can take a text string with a HTML document and parse it.

The class triggers events for each type of page element that it finds.

It calls specific functions of a separate processor object that can processing functions passing the details of each element as parameters.

Currently it triggers events for start tag, end tags and character data.
